XCMG XS123 full hydraulic single drum roller is equipped with Cummins electronically controlled engine, water-cooled, turbocharged, with large power reserve, low fuel consumption, and low noise. The discharge complies with the National II standard, and the closed hydraulic system composed of imported variable pumps and a quantitative motor ensures that the roller has good driving performance and high climbing ability. The two-speed step-less transmission ensures that the operation can be carried out at the most suitable speed under different working conditions.
Performance characteristics of XCMG XS123 full hydraulic single drum road roller
(1) Equipped with Cummins electronically controlled engine, water-cooled, turbocharged, large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise. The emission complies with the country II standard.
(2) The closed hydraulic system composed of the imported variable pump and quantitative motor ensures that the roller has good driving performance and high climbing ability. The two-speed step-less transmission ensures that the operation can be carried out at the most suitable speed under different working conditions.
(3) Adopt imported medium-sized drive axles with an anti-slip differential, which can automatically realize torque distribution according to road conditions, so as to ensure that the road roller can exert its maximum required traction under various working conditions.
(4) The imported variable pump quantitative motor is used to form a closed hydraulic system, dual frequency, double amplitude, scientific and reasonable static line load, and exciting force configuration, to ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and layers of different thicknesses.
(5) The brake system is composed of drive axle, multiple wet brakes on the vibrating wheel reducer, and the hydrostatic brake of the closed hydraulic system. It has three functions of driving, parking and emergency to ensure safe and reliable driving.
(6) The vibrating wheel adopts the structure of inner cylinder vibration chamber, which has simple structure, high strength and good rigidity. It has dual-frequency and double-vibration functions, large static line pressure and exciting force, and high operating efficiency. The vibration bearing adopts special vibration bearing , long life and high reliability.
(7) The sound and light alarm device on the instrument panel can provide maintenance and repair information at any time, so as to avoid "disease" operation of the equipment and prevent equipment damage.
(8) According to the principle of ergonomics, the instrument box integrates the steering wheel, various instruments, key start switch and other components, which is beautiful and practical, and improves the operating comfort. The control box is located on the right side of the seat, which is convenient and labor-saving to operate. Suspended seat with safety belt, safe and comfortable.
