The LW900KN wheel loader is the leading model of the new generation of K-series loaders specially developed by XCMG and is especially suitable for heavy-duty working conditions. It is developed and designed through extensive market and technical research while absorbing the introduction of foreign advanced design and manufacturing technology. A new type of loader, LW900KN is a 9-ton wheel loader. Equipped with high-performance Cummins engine, low fuel consumption, ZF gearbox with KD gear function, strong output power, easy maintenance.

1. Power transmission system. Engine: Imported CUMMINS electronically injected, turbocharged, air-to-air inter-cooled engine, with electric start and electric stall, and its emissions meet the TIER-3 stage requirements of European and American emission regulations. Gearbox: Dual-variable adopts imported ZF-4WG electro-hydraulic control gearbox, with four gears in the front and three in the rear, electronically controlled shifting, with KD gear function, which improves work efficiency and economy, and has a neutral start protection function. Drive axle: ZF MT-L3125II/3115II wet drive axle, equipped with a limited-slip differential, maintenance-free multiple wet brake pads, extending the service life of the axle; the center of the rear axle swings, reducing the additional torque and external load on the transmission Systemic impact, key block type construction machinery transmission shaft, strong impact resistance, high reliability of power transmission.

2. Hydraulic system. The working hydraulic system and steering hydraulic system adopt dual-pump split-merging technology, which reduces hydraulic power loss and can fully utilize engine power. The steering system adopts a flow amplification system and is equipped with a hydraulic limit device; the pilot controls the working hydraulic system, making the operation easy and reducing the driver's work intensity.

3. Braking system. The fully hydraulic wet braking system combines low-pressure protection, emergency braking and parking braking into one to ensure your driving safety. American MICO braking components improve system reliability.

4. Cab and control system. It adopts a new type of split luxury cab, with large internal operating space and wide field of vision; novel and unique shape, safe and reliable; enlarged front and rear windshields, extremely wide field of view; anti-UV tinted glass, screen-printed sunshade film, sound insulation and noise reduction while driving , the interior is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning and luxurious seats; the instrument display is reasonably arranged.

5. Maintainability. Maintenance points such as various oil level checks, oil filling and grease filling are all arranged in easily accessible locations, and maintenance and replacement of air filter elements, electrical equipment, etc. can be easily carried out.

6. Frame. The front and rear frames are reasonably arranged and have a simple structure, which reduces protrusions and irregular welds, strengthens important load-bearing parts, and can withstand torsion and impact loads under various working conditions.

7. Working devices and buckets. The working device has been optimized and designed to adopt a Z-shaped inverted six-link structure with a single rocker arm, short tie rod, and horizontal boom cylinder, which has excellent operating performance and efficiency.
