RP603L paver is the first set of full hydraulic medium 3 series wheel asphalt concrete paver launched by Xugong Group; the whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive and electro-hydraulic automatic control, whose technology is advanced and performance is reliable; it is widely applied to paving construction in a wide range, including side pavement, bike path, urban roads and small roads. Its paving width ranges from 2.5m to 6.0m which is stepless adjustable, so it is especially suitable for maintenance construction of grade highways.

(1) The machine is intelligent, with a paving width of 2.5 meters to 6.0 meters and the flexibility of tire paver transitions, which satisfies the construction work of sidewalks, urban communities and roadways;

(2) It adopts full hydraulic bridge drive automatic differential transmission system, rear four-wheel tire drive mode, good controllability, large contact area and strong adhesion.

(3) The diesel engine adopts Shangchai SC4H water-cooled engine (103kw/2200rpm), adopts high-pressure common rail technology, discharges up to the national III standard, and is equipped with a brand-new diesel engine management system with sufficient power reserve, good economy, low noise and long life.

(4) The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, and the conveying and distributing materials are driven independently, which makes the power output efficient and fast, and ensures the reliability of the system.

(5) The 13t hopper is designed to be wide and can always store enough materials. The receiving interface can adapt to different tonnage trucks.

6) The new compactness of the left and right independent drive feeding and distribution box, the distribution device can easily move up and down to adapt to different paving thickness, reduce material segregation; improve the ease of use of the paver and road paving quality.

(7) The design of the electronic control system is based on CAN bus technology as a platform to develop a network control system with multi-CPU control technology and a good human-computer interaction interface.

(8) The automatic leveling device can accurately and automatically control the paving thickness and slope, so that the longitudinal flatness can reach 3mm/3m, and the lateral slope is within 0.02%, which meets the specification requirements of high-grade highways.

(9) The E475TG hydraulic telescopic screed adopts a three-point suspension structure and a single-vibration compaction device, which improves the construction stability and the quality of the road surface.
